Football, Boxing and now Adventure Races to general health & fitness, I have had my ins and outs with the world of sport and keeping in shape. Professional or personal, I love training, learning new skills or hitting new goals.

A strong advocate of ‘Functional Training’; functional training, not only entertaining but also provides great results that can surpass any other form of training when it comes to overall well being. Using kettlebells, power bags, medicine balls or the body in dynamic ways hitting all areas of the body.

Certainly not in peak condition at all times, there have been times where I have been carrying considerably more weight than I should. With this I understand that it can take a great deal of motivation to get back into something or start something for the first time. Most of all now though I find myself in a job that I love, I take it seriously but this only improves the satisfaction and proven track record.

My training never stops, at ‘I Can Fitness’ we know that for every person there are always certain goals or hurdles that in their own small way may well be different to anyone else’s.

By developing exciting and sometimes individual ways to train clients & by setting realistic achievable goals, I feel well placed to tailor for anyone who is considering a Personal Trainer, either for the first time, a change in lifestyle or just for that little extra motivation to get them back into things

Fitness is an important part of health and held with the up most discretion and confidentiality
